Seminar in Najaf Discusses Mistakes Made by Qaris, Quran Memorizers
TEHRAN (IQNA) – A seminar on hidden mistakes made by Qaris and memorizers when reciting and memorizing the Quran was held by the Women Dar-ol-Quran Center affiliated to the Astan (custodianship) of Imam Ali (AS) holy shrine in Najaf, Iraq.
According to the website of the Dar-ol-Quran, a group of women Quran memorizers and reciters participated in the seminar.
Sheikh Mohammad Fahmi Osfour, master of Quran recitation from Egypt, was the main speaker at the seminar.
He clarified the most important mistakes that a Qari and memorizer may make during their recitation and memorization without realizing them.
According to Marziyeh Gholam, head of the Dar-ol-Quran center, the Quran teacher also presented some of the important experiences he gained during his Quranic activities and recommendations to the Quran students.
