Quran Memorization Competition to Be Held in Armenia

A competition on memorization of Surah Naba’ will be held on the occasion of the month of Rajab in Yerevan.

 According to IQNA’s branch in Central Asia, the Grand Blue Mosque of Yerevan will host the competition on May 11.

It will be organized by the Iranian Cultural Center in Armenia and the Dar-ol-Quran Center of the grand mosque.
Winners of the Quranic competition will be awarded in a ceremony to be held on the occasion of Imam Ali's (AS) birth anniversary on Tuesday. 
The occasion will becelebrated by Shia Muslims all over the world. In Iran, it also marks the Father's Day.
