According to Al-Arabia News, Sheikh Mohammad Ajami, representative of the ministry inaugurated the centers at two mosques of the city in a ceremony held on Saturday, September 21.
Quran reading, Islamic injunctions, jurisprudence and Quran interpretation are the themes of the courses offered in the centers.
Students taking the two-year courses will receive certificates at the end of the educational programs.
Ajami said that the main objective behind establishing the two Quranic centers by the ministry is to help in raising a Quranic generation in the country.
