Quran Copies Gifted to Mali Mosques

The king of Morocco has gifted 10000 copies of the Holy Quran to officials of the Republic of Mali to be distributed in mosques in this country.


According to Al-Maghribiya website, King Mohammed VI and Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, president of Mali, attended the congregational Friday Prayers at the Grand Mosque of Bamako, the capital city.

After the prayers, the king gifted the copies of the Holy Book to Malian officials of religious affairs.

The copies have been printed by Muhammad Saadis Publication Institute in Morocco in Warsh ‘an Naaf’i style.

The two heads of states also chaired the signing ceremony of seventeen bilateral cooperation agreements in different areas.

The five days visit of Morocco’s to Mali aimed also to support the country’s peace process.
