Can One Remain Indifferent to Prophets’ Invitation?
There are different reasons why we cannot be indifferent to this invitation, some of which are as follows:
1- Throughout history, prophets of God rose up and went to the brink of martyrdom and their goodness is clear to everyone, even to the enemies. They offered clear reasons and also miracles and had faithful followers.
If we presume that the prophets of God are right, this presumption is enough for us to think again about our deeds and start to take the path of divine messengers because wisdom requires us to avoid a possible danger or harm. It is especially so because the possible danger is very big, that is to say, severe and permanent punishment. So wisdom tells us to go and do research about the path of prophets and take their path.
2- A look at those who opposed the prophets of God shows that in the past they were the likes of Abu Lahab, Abu Sufyan, and Abu Jahl and today the world powers are the opponents of the path of prophets. We realize the truth of the path of prophets from the opposition shown by the satanic powers.
